I am a fully qualified BTEC Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist from Plymouth. I am a member of the Complementary Therapists Association and I am fully insured.

The purpose of this website is to introduce you to my services and to educate you about the benefits of massage and how it can help with several everyday problems that you may suffer from. The Articles page will soon have information regarding the benefits of massage and specific articles for specific problems, for example low back pain. Please feel free to email me with comments on the website or specific issues you would like addressed.

My basic field is sports and remedial masssage but I bring techniques from the other therapies that have trained in to the table. The initial consultation for a Sports and Remedial Massage treatment is approximately 1.5 hours which includes the first treatment. The cost of the treatments are £40 each session.

I am qualified with ITEC in Aromatherapy, Holistic Massage, Hot and Cold Stone Therapy and Reflexology, I can offer a wide range of holistic therapies to suit the individuals needs. I am able to offer seated accupressure which is particularly suited to a workplace environment.

I provide an holistic treatment programme from my own practice in Plymouth. I can provide the treatment in the client's home, a sporting venue or specific event.
